The survey runs from 5th October – 23rd October 2026
All employees employed on the 31st August 2026. Anyone who joins after this date will be invited to join next year’s survey in 2027. It does not include external employees.
If you have a Kinisla email address, you will receive a survey link directly to your email address. If you do not have a Kinisla email address, you will receive a unique login to complete the survey. The survey will come from survey@greatplacetowork.ie entitled “Trust Index Survey 2026”
No. Each person will get their own individual link; it cannot be shared with anyone else.
The survey is 100% confidential.
It will take about 10-15 minutes to complete. There are approx. 84 questions to complete, although not all of these are mandatory.
No. Once you click “submit the survey” on the final page, survey responses cannot be deleted or removed.
Kinisla will only be able to see this data at an aggregated level to inform our diversity and inclusion agenda, and aggregated results may also be shared as part of Kinisla’s social sustainability requirements. Detailed results will not be shared with individual managers.
