2026 GRADUATE PROGRAMME

Our permanent, full-time two-year programme combines hands-on experience with structured off-the-job learning delivered by the Irish Management Institute (IMI). You’ll move quickly from theory to practice, working on live projects, learning from experienced mentors, rotating across the business and building strong foundations as part of a close-knit graduate community.

The Kinisla 2027 UK and Ireland Graduate Scheme will open for applications in Q4 2026.

2026 Internship Programmes

Our internships offer a practical way to gain real work experience at Kinisla. Available across Ireland for 3, 6, 9 or 12 months (depending on the role), internships give you the chance to learn on the job, work with experienced teams, and earn a competitive salary while building experience that can open doors to future opportunities. You’ll also be the first to hear about our Graduate Programme openings.

Apprenticeships

Our apprenticeship programmes combine on-the-job experience with structured classroom learning, allowing you to earn while you learn. Along the way, you’ll build practical skills, gain recognised qualifications, and lay strong foundations for future career opportunities within the business.
