PEOPLE MAKING BOLD MOVES POSSIBLE

Farmers, operators, engineers, drivers, technicians. People are at the core of everything we do. At Kinisla, we’re committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where everyone can thrive. This includes our colleagues, our customers, our suppliers and the communities we serve.

Safety First, Quality Always

Our “Safety First, Quality Always” mindset shapes every part of our workday. We never compromise on the health, safety, or wellbeing of our people. Continuous training, proactive risk management, and wellbeing programmes ensure our teams stay safe and supported in every environment.

Our Farmers

BACKING FARMING FAMILIES

We work collaboratively with our farmers, suppliers, and industry partners to drive shared progress in sustainable practices, responsible sourcing, and fair opportunity across the dairy value chain.

By keeping the farmer at the centre of everything we do, we continue to strengthen the resilience of our food system by supporting high-quality production, long-term viability, and positive outcomes for communities and consumers alike.

Employee Development & Inclusion

DEVELOPING PEOPLE WHO DRIVE PROGRESS

We invest in people who want to build something lasting. From structured learning and leadership pathways to mobility across sites and functions, we create real opportunities to grow. Through sports and social clubs, volunteering days and further education opportunities we also nurture a culture of inclusivity and community centred around the individual.

SUPPORTING THE PLACES WE LIVE & WORK

What we do affects more than our own workforce, with our sites embedded in rural towns and regional economies. Each location supports local charities, and initiatives to strengthen community life. From grassroots sport to education and environmental projects, we back the places that back us.

Our focus is increasingly on meaningful, hands-on community participation that strengthens the regions we serve.

Responsible Sourcing

Our Societal Impact

Society is core to the people pillar of One Evolve, reflecting our local ties and long-standing regional commitments. We support more sustainable sourcing through active engagement with RSPO for palm oil and RTRS for soy, while continuing to increase our use of deforestation-free and conversion-free soy.

Working with partners, we are developing clear, responsible sustainability messaging to help consumers make informed choices about sustainable nutrition, both nationally and internationally.

Sustainable Innovation

We need sustainable innovation to continue to drive what’s next.

Our R&D teams embed environmental and nutritional principles into every stage of development through responsible sourcing, efficient resource use, waste prevention and life-cycle led design. Every new product must deliver for people and reduce impact on the planet. Through research and collaboration, we make the value of sustainably produced dairy clear, helping customers and consumers make informed decisions about their food.

Sustainable Nutrition

BETTER PRODUCTS BETTER NUTRITION

Food has to do more now. It must deliver strong nutrition, be responsibly produced and meet ever-changing consumer expectations. We build our portfolio around these essentials, going beyond safety and compliance to meet higher standards of quality, transparency and impact.

It starts with our farmers. The milk we source is produced to rigorous standards of quality, animal welfare and environmental care. That foundation allows us to deliver everyday nourishment people can trust.

Dairy remains one of the most nutrient-dense and versatile foods available. It provides high-quality protein, essential minerals and B vitamins in forms the body can readily use. From supporting childhood growth to maintaining muscle strength and bone health later in life, it plays a practical role in balanced diets at every stage.

Consumer Transparency & Education

THE RIGHT TO KNOW THE STORY OF YOUR FOOD

We believe people should know what they’re eating and where it comes from. We’re doing exactly that, prioritising clear, accurate communication that makes sustainability and nutrition easier to understand. We align with global best practice and work with partners to strengthen how we highlight the origin of our dairy and the standards behind it.

Our suppliers play a critical role in that story. Their work begins at the very start of the supply chain on the farm, where every end product’s story begins. We see education as a core part of our responsibility and a key element of our societal impact goals. To date, we’ve welcomed more than 2,000 children onto supplier farms, giving them a first-hand view of how dairy is produced and the role it plays in balanced diets and everyday life.
